Residential Children's Home Deputy Manager

Tressell Homes provides care to children and young people ranging from seven to eighteen years of age. Each of our Ofsted registered homes supports two to three children and offers care and support to young people who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, children who may not have had the best of starts in their lives.

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic team player who is as passionate as we are about making a difference in young people's lives. We are looking for a champion, an individual who, alongside the home's manager, is capable of not just managing, but also enabling and developing a small team of staff to deliver real outcomes for the young people they support.

The role requires that you be professional, have relevant supervisory experience and excellent record keeping skills. You will be required to deputise for the manager on occasion and must therefore have the confidence, skills and knowledge to attend all necessary meetings and reviews in their stead, liaise with Ofsted inspectors, independent visitors and all other relevant health, social care and education professionals.
