Residential Children's Worker
Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker (RCW) to join our founding team. This is an opportunity to help shape a new service and make a real difference in the life of a young person.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, consistent care in line with individual care plans
Develop and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with young people
Support young people with daily routines, emotional regulation, and personal development
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, always ensuring safeguarding practices are followed
Keep accurate records, reports, and documentation
Participate in team meetings, training, and reflective practice sessions
Work effectively as part of a small, consistent care team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-29,000.00 per year
