We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas cleaned, adhering to health and safety regulations. Utilize janitorial experience to handle various cleaning tasks effectively in both residential and commercial settings. Assist with cooking or meal preparation as needed by clients. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and improve cleaning processes.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Experience in customer service roles will enhance communication with clients. Background in custodial or commercial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols is essential. Prior hotel experience can be advantageous for understanding high-quality service expectations.
