CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a highly respected and long-established law firm with a thriving office in Bakewell, at the heart of the Peak District. The firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful property team.
The Role
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking firm, with genuine career progression prospects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling a broad range of matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold, freehold and new build transactions
Managing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and colleagues
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Bakewell office
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a varied caseload independently
Excellent client care and communication skills
A proactive and professional approach to work
