Location: Derby (Hybrid working available)
Salary: 36,000 - 50,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

The Role: Shape the Future of Conveyancing in the Midlands
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. This includes leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters.
Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll ensure a smooth transaction process for clients while meeting both individual and team performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new builds
Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, agents, solicitors, and stakeholders
Use the firm's bespoke in-house case management system to progress files and ensure accuracy and efficiency
Meet individual and departmental KPIs and service standards
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including AML protocols and CQS standards
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a conveyancing fee earning role
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing
Experience with leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software, including Land Registry portal and SDLT submissions
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Confident communicator with a client-centric approach
Desirable:
Experience using bespoke case management systems
Strong understanding of conveyancing legislation and compliance best practices
