Residential Conveyancer

to join our friendly, down-to-earth team.



The role



We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer--someone who brings both technical excellence and a people-first approach to their work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients have come to expect.



You'll handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.



We're after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can lead by example and support others while maintaining a client-focused and detail-driven approach. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.



Required experience, skills and attributes



We're looking for a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with experience in residential conveyancing and a proven ability to manage their own case load and meet financial targets.



The ideal candidate will have:



Knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity A strong track record of managing transactions from instruction through to completion Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in conveyancing software and digital case management systems High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, approachable working style A commitment to providing outstanding client care and building long-term client relationships
