We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth process from initial offer through to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a good grasp of IT systems to facilitate efficient case management.
Duties
Manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
Liaise with financial institutions to ensure timely processing of funds.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing property conveyancing.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential conveyancing or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Excellent IT skills for managing case files and documentation efficiently.
Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
