Residential Conveyancer – Immediate Start
Job Description
We are a busy, well-established high street solicitors' practice seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be able to manage an existing residential conveyancing caseload independently, handling matters from instruction through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements:
Proven experience in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage a full existing caseload with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills and excellent client care
Experience handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
