Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability to manage time effectively while navigating the complexities of property transactions. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes for our clients, guiding them through each step of their property purchase or sale.

Requirements:

CLC qualified Licensed Conveyancer Proven 6+ years' experience as a Conveyancer

Responsibilities

Manage the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation. Manage Stamp Duty Land Tax filing and submissions to HM Land Registry post-completion. Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues affecting the transaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process. Provide expert advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations during the transaction. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Experience

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient IT skills, including experience with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact confidently with clients and colleagues alike. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
