Embrace Law Ltd, operate as consultants for a top 60 UK law firm handling residential property matters for clients nationwide. Due to a successful 2024 and increasing demand for our services, we are now looking to further expand our conveyancing department.

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in our Morpeth office, hybrid or fully remote DOE . As a Conveyancing Fee Earner at Embrace Law, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions and carrying out all associated tasks, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. We pride ourselves on offering our Conveyancers a case load lower than the industry standard, to allow our teams to focus on quality of work and exceptional client service. We welcome applications from qualified conveyancers (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) and unqualified conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Qualifications

- Proficient in conveyancing procedures and property law

- Excellent communication and client management skills

- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in handling residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
