Award winning firm Hawker Jones Solicitors based in Preston who offer a range of legal services are looking to recruit ambitious Residential Property Conveyancers with experience of managing their own Conveyancing caseload and is able to run cases from inception to completion, to join their Conveyancing department.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer and will have a minimum of 2 years experience managing a varied caseload of sales and purchases both pre and post completion.

They will have been trained to the highest standard and take pride in their work, have exceptional client care skills. Additionally, have the ability to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Conveyancing and confident in advising clients to a high standard.

With a client focused approach, the successful candidate will have:

A solid understanding of of the conveyancing process. Self-motivated and able to progress transactions and manage caseload Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations related to conveyancing. Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
