Dynasty Law Solicitors are a CQS Accredited law firm seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our busy office in the heart of Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering excellent service to our clients.

You will be responsible for your own case load from instruction to completion whilst ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

Handle the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any queries throughout the transaction. Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues that may affect the transaction. Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork associated with residential property transactions. Liaise with mortgage lenders to ensure timely processing of mortgage applications and funds transfer. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications using appropriate IT systems. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.

The Candidate

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Highly organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes. Proven experience in residential conveyancing

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
