The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
New build transactions
Transfers of equity
Re-mortgages
Shared ownership
The firm provides excellent administrative support, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload effectively and delivering exceptional client service.
The Candidate

Residential Conveyancers
Conveyancing Solicitors
Conveyancing Legal Executives
You will have experience running a full caseload of residential property files from instruction through to completion, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client care.
Benefits & Package
Salary: 30,000 - 55,000 DOE
25 days holiday + statutory leave
Additional office closure at Christmas
One day per week home working
Annual bonus scheme
Contributory pension
