residential conveyancer

to join our growing team.

Whether you're after a traditional 9-5 or something that fits better around your life, we're flexible - we care more about the right person than strict hours.

The Role

You'll be running your own caseload of residential property matters - sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages - from start to finish. You'll have admin support and be part of a close team where help is always just a shout away (or a tap on the shoulder, if you're in the office). We're looking for someone confident in what they do, who's happy taking ownership of their files and giving clients a great experience along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling your own residential conveyancing caseload Keeping clients updated (in plain English, not legal speak) Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and solicitors Drafting and reviewing documents, raising enquiries, sorting out completions Making sure everything runs smoothly, accurately and on time Pitching in and helping the team when needed - and vice versa!

What We're Looking For

Someone with solid residential conveyancing experience (qualified or not - we care more about your skills than your title) Confident working independently but also happy to be part of a close team Friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to - clients and colleagues alike Organised, with a good eye for detail Comfortable using case management systems and working digitally
