Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly, busy, conveyancing team. This is a permanent, full-time position, although part-time hours of 28 or more per week would be considered.

Experience of running your own conveyancing matters is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish

- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds

- Conduct title searches and analyse property records

- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process

- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property transactions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer

- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using a variety of software and other relevant tools
