As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the legal processes involved in buying and selling residential properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties

Manage the full conveyancing process for residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved to provide updates and gather necessary information. Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues that may affect the transaction. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices throughout the conveyancing process. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in residential conveyancing is required. Wage will be dependent on experience. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders. Time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in IT systems related to conveyancing processes, including case management software.
