Experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing work
Drafting documents, contracts, and standard letters under supervision
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
Updating clients and third parties on the progress of transactions
Accurately maintaining the firm's case management system
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and general administrative support
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Person Specification:
Previous experience in conveyancing support role is essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using case management systems
Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
A team player who is also confident working independently
