Residential Conveyancing
Paralegal
to join one of their busy offices and take over an established client base and caseload.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal who enjoys working with a busy caseload whilst providing a valuable customer service at the same time. The role exists within a supportive and welcoming environment, working alongside a very approachable Partner and team.
Typical Duties:
Advising clients on matters relating to the purchase, sale and transfer of residential property
Dealing with transactions from taking instructions through to settling the transaction and registering the deeds
Drafting standard offers, examine titles, prepare dispositions and relevant forms
Preparing security documentation, instruct appropriate searches, report on title to the clients and dealing with any title issues
Negotiating missives on behalf of clients
Essential criteria:
Previous experience of working as a
Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
- dealing with transactions from start to finish and negotiating missivesA professional and friendly manner with the ability to form a good rapport with clients
Ability to manage a busy caseload
Good IT skills
Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
