We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team. This role involves providing support to the lead fee earner, in addition to directly handling a small number of transactions.
Any candidate is required to have experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Salary will be negotiated depending on experience.
Duties
Managing the full conveyancing process from instruction through to completion for residential properties.
Liaising with clients and estate agents to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.
Preparing, and reviewing, contract packs.
Handling financial transactions related to property sales and purchases.
Dealing with enquiries, on both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Preparing completion statements.
Dealing with post-completion matters, such as SDLT and Land Registry applications.
Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in residential conveyancing.
Proficient in IT applications including Outlook, Office, Excel, and Word.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
