An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team. Experience working in a Residential Conveyancing team or a similar role is desirable.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting fee earners with day to day running of files.
Audio typing using a digital dictation system.
Using a case management system for maintaining files and producing correspondence.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as opening and closing files.
Making appointments for clients and assisting with managing the fee earners diary.
Dealing with enquiries from clients and third parties over the telephone and in writing.
Using third party software to order searches and submit documents to HM Land Registry.
Assisting with preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns to HMRC.
The successful candidate will have:
