Job Description

Our client seeks a qualified and motivated individual to join a well-established and reputable property firm, recognised for their expertise in residential and commercial property. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, within a supportive and progressive team environment experiencing sustained growth. The ideal candidate will be confident managing work from inception to completion and will thrive in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

Salary - Up to 60k depending upon level of experience



1 day WFH after settled in role, Permanent role, Monday to Friday



Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters. Handling all stages of transactions from cradle to grave. Dealing with complex matters. Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently and provide outstanding client care. Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance obligations are adhered to at all times. Contributing to team goals and participating in knowledge sharing to uphold technical excellence within the department.

Caseload would operate across:



Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages New builds Council right to buy Lease extensions Title queries Transfers of part Transfers of equity * Equity release
