Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: 40,000- 55,000
Hours: Full Time-Permanent

We are seeking a talented property lawyer to join the conveyancing team in the Rotherham area. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your caseload, enjoy real autonomy, and work alongside a high-performing, client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including complex transactions and new build purchases
• Deliver a high standard of client care, ensuring regular communication and a smooth transaction process
• Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal procedures
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices to maintain the firm's strong regional reputation

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong expertise in handling new build purchases
• Confident managing a varied caseload independently
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive, flexible, and client-focused approach
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is desirable
