Job Description

A forward-thinking and supportive law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to work in a collaborative, well-structured environment with a manageable caseload and genuine flexibility.
The Role You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Work will include:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Re-mortgages
New build transactions
Shared ownership

You'll be supported by a strong administrative team, allowing you to focus on technical quality and client care.
About You We're looking for a conveyancer with:

Experience running a full conveyancing caseload independently
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
Great client service skills and a proactive approach
You may be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced fee earner with equivalent experience
