Job Description
Our Manchester office is currently seeking a Residential focussed Valuation Surveyor. This role calls for an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work.
This position offers a unique chance to work with a diverse client base, from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses, providing a wide range of interesting and dynamic experiences.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for professionals who are:
RICS-registered valuers with a focus on loan security Experienced in Residential Development Valuation advisory work Competent with the use of Argus Developer and other proprietary software

Key Areas of Work
Loan Security:
Offering lenders comprehensive, independent reports on market and rental values of properties, development schemes or entire portfolios.Alternative Valuations:
Conducting valuations for financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation.Company Accounts Valuation:
Providing clients with detailed, accurate reports on the value of their property assets.Fund Valuation:
Supplying asset management companies and investment trusts with essential data on their property holdings.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,305.20-75,000.00 per year
