Bush House Care Home is looking for a passionate and driven Residential Lead to join our dynamic management team. As a key figure in our home, you'll take the reins in overseeing the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to 36 wonderful residents living with dementia.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating a committed team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants
Ensuring each resident receives the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect
Taking the lead on care planning, medication administration, ordering, returns, and auditing
Making external referrals to health professionals and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Conducting supervisions for care staff and ensuring training needs are met
Attending weekly management meetings and contributing to service development
Being a confident problem-solver on the care floor and working autonomously
Participating in 1 in 3 emergency on-call weeks, alongside the Home and Deputy Manager
Overseeing rota coverage to ensure the home runs smoothly, day and night
What We're Looking For:
You'll need to have senior care experience, ideally in a dementia care setting
You should hold or be working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Be comfortable working night shifts as part of the rota
A proactive, calm, and supportive leader who can think on their feet and lead by example
Someone who takes pride in making a real difference, every single day
