The Registered Manager will plan, organise and manage the home and the following:
To take lead responsibility for running and management of the home.
The Registered Manager will be required to foster good team spirit amongst the staff team and good relationships with the local community to create a warm, homely, caring environment within the home whilst catering for the children, taking into account the needs of the individual.
The Registered Manager will be required to ensuring the highest standards of physical, social and emotional care is delivered, exceeding any guidance and standards set by Ofsted.
The post holder will be required to become the Registered Manager with Ofsted.

Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant qualification is essential e.g. Level 5 NVQ in childcare or equivalent.
3 years' experience in a residential childcare setting is essential.
Adults and Children's DBS on the update service is desirable but not essential.
