We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Legal Advisor to head up our residential property team in Sherborne.###

Key Responsibilities

Our well respected and friendly residential team covers the full spectrum of residential property law comprising sale and/or purchase of a property or land, remortgage, equity release and auction. You will join and head up a friendly, efficient and supportive team with the opportunity to further build the work in a niche area with HNW individuals and further build up the team.###

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Working in our Residential Property department, this role would best suit someone who is pro-active and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Alongside some excellent residential property experience either as a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive, you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task and confident telephone manner.###
