Our Residential Property Department is divided into smaller, dedicated conveyancing teams consisting of a solicitor/legal executive/licensed conveyancer and a paralegal, giving our clients a single point of contact during the conveyancing process. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and shape one of these teams. From day one, you'll play a key role in growing the department, supported by a wider team that embraces innovation and cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.

We are recruiting for our Chesterfield, Sheffield, Dronfield and Mansfield offices

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Start Date:

Immediate (subject to notice period)
As Residential Property Conveyancer, you'll:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team. Manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department's growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking proactive and experienced professionals with:

At least 3+ years' post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing. Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems. Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail. A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills. Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others.
