The role involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and building strong client relationships. About the Role:
We are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our busy and thriving property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and leases.
Managing the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Working effectively as part of a team and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing procedures.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE (experience may be flexible for the right candidate).
Proven experience in handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and prioritise tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commercial approach and a desire to build client relationships.
