Salary 25,000 - 30,000 depending on experience - Training provided.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. 37.5 Hours per Week.

RentLocally is looking to recruit a Property Manager to join our well-established team.

Your working area will cover both Edinburgh and West Lothian, as RentLocally operates from two offices -- our Head Office in Edinburgh and our West Lothian office in Bathgate.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines office administration, landlord and tenant communication, and on-the-ground property visits. No two days are the same -- and you will be joining a supportive, friendly team within one of Scotland's leading family-run letting agencies.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of rental properties across multiple regions Conducting check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, and property viewings Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries by phone and email Managing maintenance issues using our bespoke RentLocally property management system Preparing reports, tenancy documents, notices, and compliance paperwork Working closely with the other Property Managers, Maintenance Teams and Senior Management Early mornings or early evenings may be required on occasion to meet operational needs.

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in property management or lettings Good knowledge of Edinburgh, West Lothian, and surrounding areas Experience using CRMs or property management software Familiarity with Scottish housing legislation Full driving license (Essential)
Full training will be provided, including support to sit the

NFoPP Level 6 qualification

in Letting & Property Management if needed.
