Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to oversee the management of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional service. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, maintaining property standards, and fostering positive relationships with tenants.

Responsibilities

Manage the leasing process, including marketing available properties and conducting viewings. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests through effective data entry. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues to uphold property standards. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service needs while managing budgets effectively. Provide administrative support as needed, including office tasks related to property management operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or a similar role is highly desirable. Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is an advantage. Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with tenants and vendors, showcasing strong phone etiquette. A proactive approach to upselling services or amenities that enhance the living experience for residents. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
