We're looking for a driven and professional individual with solid experience in
Residential Property, Block Management, or Lettings
. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of properties, delivering exceptional service to clients, and maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of a varied residential portfolio with efficiency and professionalism
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and leaseholders, building strong relationships
Organise and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and compliance checks with trusted contractors
Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are adhered to across the portfolio
Prepare budgets, manage service charge accounts, collect ground rent, and maintain accurate financial records
Conduct regular property inspections, following up on actions and ensuring high standards are maintained
Arrange and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication
Consistently deliver excellent customer service in line with Eddisons' reputation for quality
About You:
Proven experience in Property Management, Block Management, or Lettings
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
Proactive problem-solver, able to think ahead and act decisively
Full UK Driving Licence required
