Residential Solicitor

Competitive Salary

: 40k - 60k per annum, depending on experience

Work-Life Balance

: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a Residential Solicitor who is highly skilled in all aspects of residential property law and ideally experienced in a paperless, digital environment. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and remortgages, while also providing leadership to a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent client service and a strong track record in managing a high-volume caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. Lead, support, and develop a team of fee earners/paralegals in a paperless environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and SRA regulations. Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal advice. Collaborate with the Residential team in Milton Keynes and other departments to client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, regulated by the SRA. Significant experience in residential conveyancing, including managing a caseload of varying complexity. Proven experience in team management and development. Proficiency in using case management software in a digital environment. Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
