An expanding West Midlands practice is seeking a
Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
to join their team.This role covers a full spectrum of
residential conveyancing work
, with full ownership of your own files.What you'll be doing
Managing your
own residential caseload
from instruction through to completion Handling:Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
New build matters
Right to Buy
Shared ownership
Lease extensions
Dealing directly withclients, lenders and agents
Progressing files proactively with clear communication Supporting department growth throughrelationship building and generating new work
What we're looking for
A
Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
Experience across the residential matters listed above Ability to independently manage your own caseload Strong communication and confidence dealing directly with clients Someone organised, proactive and professionalWhat you get

2 days working from home
