Location: Newport (Hybrid Working)

An established and respected law firm in the Newport area is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its busy and well-regarded conveyancing team. This role is ideal for a solicitor who thrives in a high-performing environment and is looking to handle quality residential work with autonomy and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
Including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, and transfers of equity
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Deliver an exceptional level of service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience
About You:
A qualified Solicitor (or equivalant) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
Strong technical skills and the confidence to manage files independently
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Clear, professional communication style and client-first attitude
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
