Residential Property Solicitor- Hybrid Working - Legal 500 Law Firm - Warwickshire

About the Role

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (1-6 PQE) to its Residential Property team. You'll run your own caseload of varied residential transactions from instruction to completion, with support from experienced paralegals and a wider team of friendly professionals.

The Role

Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision Delegate and collaborate effectively with paralegals and assistants Provide practical and accurate legal advice to clients Handle both routine and complex property matters confidently Develop and maintain strong client and third-party relationships Meet individual billing targets and contribute to the team's wider success
