RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXEC | DARTFORD

A role has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor, 1-2 years PQE or Legal Executive to join a well-established practice. The firm have a rich heritage and have been established 40+ years. They have a network of offices spanning Kent and have a client base to boast of, whilst offering good prospects and progression with many of the firm\'s Partners having been promoted from within, this has given the firm a great staff retention rate.

The firm\'s Dartford office is very busy, meaning you will have a varied and interesting caseload. Culturally the firm are dynamic, friendly and supportive, you will work as part of a highly-experienced team.

This role would ideally suit a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Exectutive who is used to handling the full array of Residential Property matters. Ideally you will be experienced in dealing with Sales & Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity. Exposure to New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership schemes is desirable.

You will be joining a very friendly and successful team, the firm is involved with the local community and people are rarely in the office after 5.30pm, the firm really promote a work life balance.
