Job Summary

Residential property conveyancing from post-quotation through to post-completion. Shared ownership and straight transactions mixed - buying, selling, staircasing, re mortgaging - for clients all over England & Wales. To work as part of a high calibre team in long-established Legal 500 listed niche firm. High proportions of leaseholds and new-builds with very many in London and the South East.

Plenty of straight residential property work as well as shared ownership work.

Fast-moving residential property work with a large proportion of London clients and London & South East properties. Full-time working from our offices in Bristol.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Solicitors preferably or licensed conveyancers but must be experienced in personally handling residential property transactions accurately from start to finish. Must be very proficient in working by email - quick and responsive. Must be meticulous and alert. Must have at least good A Levels.
