We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, analysing data, and providing accurate measurements to support various projects. This role requires a high level of organisational skills and proficiency in IT applications.
As a consultant, you will earn a fee split of 60/40% in your favour. You should be available a minimum of 1 day each week.
Responsibilities
Conduct Level 2 & Level 3 surveys using appropriate equipment and technology.
Collect and analyse data to prepare detailed reports on findings.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Drive to various sites as required for survey work, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Maintain organised records of all surveys conducted and data collected.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Surveyor at
AssocRICS
level or above.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data management and reporting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A valid driving licence is essential for site visits.
A customer service-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Registered Valuer preferred, or working towards this.
