Residential Development Solicitor / Associate - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
An ambitious full service leading UK law firm who have experienced growth over a number of years
Role

  • Acting for a range of clients including regional and national developers, affordable housing providers, local authorities, promoters and landowners
  • Working on a wide variety of residential development and strategic land acquisitions/disposals, affordable housing transactions, title due diligence and reporting, transfers and easements
  • Dealing with lender requirements
  • Playing an active role in business development
You
  • 3-5 years PQE solicitor with experience/desire to further specialise in residential development
  • Ability to draft documents accurately and commercially
  • Ability to network and grow client relationships
