As Residential Sales Administrator and Viewer you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration within the busy residential sales departments and helping to the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect from Mayfair Town & Country. There will also be a requirement to carry out some occasional viewings.
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience within estate agency.
You will be responsible for:
Taking phone calls and arranging viewings
Producing property particulars and complete property files
Maintaining an affect filing system
Producing various letters as required within the buying and selling process
Carry out viewings to assist the office
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
Have excellent communication with a strong customer focus
Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
The position requires someone who is organised, motivated, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
Monday to Friday.
1 in 3 Saturday's with time back in lieu
