Residential Sales Manager
Job Description
Martin & Co Derby is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients across the Derby area.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day residential sales activity within the branch
Building and nurturing strong client relationships
Managing sales progression and supporting the smooth running of transactions
Driving branch performance through effective communication and leadership
Representing the Martin & Co brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an estate agency role, ideally within the Derby area
A full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Strong ability to manage client relationships and support branch performance

A confident individual who can work independently and collaboratively, with the ability to lead sales activity and contribute positively to our established team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-37,924.32 per year
