We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager - or an experienced Sales Valuer ready to progress - to join our well-established and thriving Ilminster office on a full-time, permanent basis. As Residential Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team in Ilminster, drive new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional results for clients. You'll play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation and expanding our presence in the local property market.

What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in estate agency and winning new business Strong networking skills and local market knowledge A proactive, driven approach with excellent organisational skills Leadership and team management experience An outgoing personality with a passion for customer service Full UK driving licence (essential)
