Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure high performance Lead, coach, and support your team to meet targets and grow professionally Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions Identify and drive opportunities for business growth Manage the sales process from instruction to completion Provide ongoing training and support to maintain high standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in residential estate agency sales Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Full UK driving licence
