Key Responsibilities
Register and qualify applicants, understanding their needs to match them with suitable properties.
Conduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome.
Progress agreed sales through to completion, maintaining excellent communication with all parties.
Generate new business through applicant management, vendor contact, and local canvassing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver outstanding customer service.
Meet and exceed personal and branch targets for sales
About You
Previous experience in estate agency
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
