We are looking for someone who:



Has NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce or equivalent. Has at least 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people. Has a valid manual driving license. Working and meeting Ofsted regulations in day to day care. Someone who is passionate and wants to truly make a difference to the lives of young people.

What will I do as a Residential Senior Care Worker?



A G Supply Solutions provides a warm, safe and supportive environment for up to two children aged 7 - 17 who have emotional and behaviour difficulties. The mission of A G Supply Solutions is not only to satisfy the requirements of the children entrusted to us, but work in a therapeutic care style based on the PACE principles to facilitate and encourage the young people's overall growth and development. We work in a holistic way to ensure a non-judgemental approach is always adhered to and you will nurture our young people to build self-esteem, self acceptance and helping them to thrive into adulthood.

Using life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in children's lives; you will create positive relationships, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times. You will key work to encourage independence skills and work with external professionals. You will engage with children and young people who have individual needs, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. You will be required to write daily records, amend risk assessments and contribute to care plans and review reports. Within this senior role you will be responsible for leading shifts, planning activities, key working young people, administering medication (where required), attending meetings, liaising with other professionals, adhering to policies, procedures, risk assessments, and ensuring that care plans are followed and education is supported. You will ensure the welfare and care of each child is met and have the opportunity to mentor other staff to pass on your knowledge and skills.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent. Full time hours: Company pension. Flexible Language Requirement: English not required.

Schedule: Working a range of early, late and weekend shifts .Monday to Friday. Every other weekend. Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus. Yearly bonus.

Ability to commute/relocate: Nottingham, NG3 or NG8.

Start date: September 2025.
