We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to care and the ability to manage behaviours effectively while maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Duties
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as required, ensuring the safety of clients during transfers.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support clients with challenging behaviours.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
Previous experience in children residential care
Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by client needs.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
