Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Workers to join our team at Care Management Solutions.
Our homes provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting them to build resilience, achieve their goals, and prepare for a positive future.
What you'll be doing
Building positive, professional relationships with children and young people.
Supporting day-to-day care needs, health appointments, and personal development.
Encouraging education, life skills, and social opportunities.
Organising fun activities, celebrations, and holidays.
Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring home environment.
Managing challenging behaviour positively and professionally (full training provided).
Writing reports, contributing to care plans, and liaising with professionals and families.
What we're looking for
Experience (paid or voluntary) with children/young people in care, education, or social care is desirable but not essential.
A caring, resilient, and reliable approach.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
A full UK driving licence.
A willingness to complete the required qualifications (we provide full training).
Applicants must be
22 or over
(due to Ofsted regulations for residential childcare).
