Due to continued growth, we are seeking
passionate, resilient, and dedicated Residential Support Workers
to join our team.
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our young people - helping them to feel safe, valued, and supported. You'll provide emotional and practical support, promote life skills, and contribute to a stable, caring home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
Supporting daily routines, including school runs, activities, mealtimes, and appointments.
Managing challenging behaviour with compassion, consistency, and professionalism.
Contributing to care plans, key working, and safeguarding.
Working as part of a committed team to deliver outstanding care.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
A calm, caring, and patient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards this qualification - fully funded).

29,000 - 31,000
per year.
