Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and support for children.
Maintain routines, structure, and emotional support.
Participate in sleep-ins and the on-call rota.
Record observations and contribute to care planning.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in children's residential care or SEN settings.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred.
Commitment to a child-centred, therapeutic approach.
