Residential Support Worker?

Join a compassionate team at a registered children's residential home supporting young people with EBD and complex needs. We operate as a semi-independent service with a strong focus on therapeutic, person-centred care and skill-building--such as daily life routines and independence--all maintained to robust safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and support for children. Maintain routines, structure, and emotional support. Participate in sleep-ins and the on-call rota. Record observations and contribute to care planning.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in children's residential care or SEN settings. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred. Commitment to a child-centred, therapeutic approach.
